Dear Victoria, I am excited that you are planning a Bailey School Kids 9th birthday party. I hope you will send a picture of the balloons. Here are some party ideas and some ways to celebrate. By the way, I do have a YouTube channel.
     Celeste, it is cool that you like my Ghostville series. Marcia Jones and I had a lot of fun writing it. Is your school haunted? Hope you get your wish and get some of my books for Christmas. Did you know that there is a Mermaid Tales T-shirt?

     Malaku, did you know that The Polar Bear Express is full of poetry and talks about polar bear facts? Here are some poetry cards that go with it.
      Heaven'ly, my friend Marcia and I did write about a monster kid in the series Bailey City Monsters. Hope you check it out.

Dear Ann, Thanks for your great name idea. I like it. Yes, Mrs. Jeepers is younger than Boris. Victoria, I do like sports books. In fact, one of the next Mermaid Tales books is about a shell wars competition and a curse. What do you think we should name it? Alysha, according to Ancestry.com one of my ancestors was Cleopatra (who was a ruler of Egypt many years ago). Hope you have a good day, Debbie

Hi Elisha and Ann, so glad you like the Bailey School Kids books. Guess what? Mrs. Jeepers does not have a first name! What do you think it should be? Symira, the Bailey School Kids are in third grade. The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is an old legend or myth in Leprechauns Don't Play Basketball. Just pretend.

Hi Victora and Celeste (and Angel, Autumn, and Victoria)-I am so happy that you enjoyed Witches Don't Do Backflips. Victoria, thanks for the ideas. Did you know that Echo likes doing flips in Twist and Shout?
Eleanora, you can get the Mermaid Tales at any bookstore or online. You can get the Bailey Schools Kids online. By you, I mean an adult in your life. You can also check your local library. If your school library doesn't have some of them, ask your librarian is she can get them. Symira, I'm not sure I believe in such a thing as good and bad luck, but I know that many people do.
