Hey Nally, I like your nickname.  Krissy, it's a very cold twelve degrees and it's supposed to snow here today.  I just finished chapter four in the book I'm writing now.  Here's the last line of chapter four:  "Oh my gosh!"  Wanda screamed.  "It is haunted!"
If you live close to Doylestown, PA.  hope you'll come to the library at 1:00 tomorrow.  We're celebrating the release of Danger in the Deep Blue Sea with shark and mermaid cookies, a shark remote control, a live mermaid, shark craft, and more fun!  Take care, Debbie

Hi Ky.  Thanks for your Abraham idea.  I do like history.  I get Dragons Don't Throw Snowballsideas from everywhere, including letters like yours!  I have three dogs:  Bailey, Skip, and Shadow.  You can see their pictures at the bottom of this page.  I have lots of favorite BSKs, but since we are supposed to get snow tomorrow, I'm picking Dragons Don't Throw Snowballs.  I love the chapter where they are trapped inside the school.
Hi Krissy, I'm fine.  How are you?  I do like being an author, although sometimes it is hard.  I have been working Danger in the Deep Blue Seaon a story for a long time and my agent suggested I rewrite it again!  My newest book comes out on Tuesday.  It is Danger in the Deep Blue Sea.  It is about Pearl getting chased by a great white shark!  You'll never guess who saves her.  My next book will be the Lost Princess and it comes out in May.  Have a great day and good luck to my son on his history test, Debbie

Hi Ky!  I like your skeleton idea.  In fact, Skeletons Don't Play Tubas is one of my favorite Bailey School Kids books.  My great whitenewest book is about sharks and merkids-Danger in the Deep Blue Sea where some merkids get chased by a great white shark!
Jesse, I counted up how many books I've had published the other day, so I know the answer to your question-154, counting the ones that come out this year.  You can see them all (except the ones that aren't out yet) by going to my book page.  Stay warm-it's only 9 degrees here, Debbie

Magandang umaga Lucy!  I think it is very cool that you know A Whale of a TaleFilipino and English.  I only know a bit of French and would love to learn more languages.  Maybe I'm like Shelly and Kiki, who like to learn ocean creature languages like humpback whale!  In an upcoming book even Echo wants to learn a language-seahorse.
au revoir (good-bye in French), Debbie

Wizards Don't Need ComputersHey Lucas, that was a tough choice.  I think I'd go with Wizards Don't Need Computers.  Hope it's there for you to check out.  Let me know if you like it.
Samuel, thanks for your funny idea.  Love it!  Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Debbie
