Dear Nikea, I'm so happy you liked A Whale of a Tale. It was fun learning about humpback whales for that story. Mermaids must be sea creatures! My newest book is Ready, Set, Goal!
     Abigail, you are a great friend. I hope Aubrey likes The Polar Bear Express for Christmas! Lissetta, I'm so sorry about your great-grandmother. Cameron, your club sounds so awesome!!! Here is a children's choir singing the Mermaid Song. Have you seen my Mermaid Tales webpage?
     Ken, I'm so glad you like the Bailey School Kids books. Have you read all 51, plus the specials? If we should write #52, what should it be about?
     Ella, I actually did see a reindeer wearing striped underwear (well, it was a striped blanket, but it looked like underwear!). A local garden center had a reindeer visiting at Christmas and ta-da-that's where the idea came from! May your Christmas be blessed, Debbie

Dear Katelyn, my newest mystery book is called The Crook The Crook and The Crown and The Crown, Mermaid Tales #13 (although Ready, Set, Goal! has a bit of a mystery as well). The one I have been working on most recently is with my agent, waiting for her to read it. I hope she likes it!
Alexa, I recommend you speak to your school counselor about your problem. Margaret, my daughter and I used to watch the Hannah Montana show together!
