Hi Tiffany, I'm glad you enjoyed Battle of the Best Friends, but I'm sorry you are having problems with your neighbor.  It might be that her parents won't allow her to play when she really wants to.  So I suggest you try to be understanding, but  it might be good to make other friends too.
