Molly, thanks for your great idea. Did you know I did make a book about an art teacher (with my friend Marcia)? It's called Aliens Don't Wear Braces. Molly, you can find out Bridgett's last name by reading the book. I hope you'll check it out.
Taylor and Christina, I am 1,000,000,000 minus 500,000,000 minus 400,000,000 plus 1 minus 100,000,000 plus fifty and I have a birthday on May 18th! Taylor, I like to read, volunteer, and play tennis. Now that the weather is getting nicer, I enjoy planting flowers. Have a beautiful day, Debbie

Wow, it feels like summertime outside. I love it!! Hope you get to do something outside to enjoy the beautiful weather (if it's nice where you are). Amoure', I'm so glad you thought Ninjas Don't Bake Pumpkin Pies was funny. Maybe when you are in NYC you will go to Ninja New York. We had dinner there one time. Wish me luck. I'm going to play tennis for the first time since I sprained my ankle. I hope I don't hurt it again! Mayela, I went to college to become a teacher and then I went back and got my masters in Library Science. It's raining again! If April showers bring May flowers, then we are going to have TONS of flowers around here! Mayela, I went to Western Kentucky University for college. I also went to Weaverton Elementary and Henderson County Senior High. Saray, I hope you can get Vampires Don't Wear Polka Dots in your library or local bookstore. If not, order it here with your parent's help. Tell Mrs. Allen I said hello.
Abby, I'm still hoping the fun book I wrote with my daughter will get published. I did had time to relax recently when I sprained my ankle. I had to keep it propped up with ice on it, so it made me slow down a bit. I do like to keep busy so I probably should have rested it more because it's still not quite well. Madigan, your school had extra books to buy. Ask your librarian about it or you can buy books on my book page with your parent's help (or at your local bookstore). The Scholastic Lucky book club also has my books. This month you can get Vampires Do Hunt Marshmallow Bunnies for only $1! The May order has Werewolves Don't Go To Summer Camp and Mermaids Don't Run Track as a set for only $5. ttyl, Debbie
