Dear Suzy, I had planned to go to Australia, but I had to cancel the trip because we moved from Colorado to Pennslyvania at that time. Yes, they have houses in Australia.
Nives, so happy you like my books. Sea turtles are pretty amazing aren't they? I'd have to say my favorite is the leatherback. I wrote a bit about them in Dream of the Blue Turtle. Hope you'll like that story.
Zara, thanks for being a fan. I really appreciate it. My next book will come out in September, Ready, Set, Goal! I am working on a new book right now. I am having a lot of fun with it. Hi Navya, happy Women's Day to you too (a day late!) Shelly is my favorite Mermaid Tales character as well, although I love them all! Shelly is actually the star of the next book, Ready, Set, Goal! that comes out in September.
Carmen, I'm so sorry you don't get along with your grandmother. I was very blessed to have a wonderful grandmother, Lillie Bailey. She was very special to me. I hope you will give your grandmother a chance, even though she is old. Maybe you can ask her to tell you about her life. She might just become very special to you! Best, Debbie
