Hi Saniya, I did like to read as a kid (and I still do). I read Debbie in fourth grade mysteries and a lot of biographies. I didn't have a lot of books and my school's library was pretty limited, so I reread many books over and over again. Today, I like all kinds of books, particularly funny stories and historical stories. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I was away for a few days without the Internet, so sorry I'm a little late in answering some of your notes. Joanne, I'm so glad you like my books. Saniya, thanks for the great idea! Zombies are fun to write about!
Valeria, I think mermaids are fin-tastic too! A Mermaid Tales movie would be awesome, I agree. Aubrey, I'm glad you enjoy learning about ocean creatures. I do too. I'm actually writing Mermaid Tales #12 right now. Ara, great to hear from you again. Tell your grandmother not to fall off any ladders today. I'm so glad you like Bogeymen Don't Play Football and Unicorns Don't Give Sleigh Rides.

Hi Eleanor, thanks for your kind words. Guess what? Book 10 to Mermaid Tales is already written. It won't come out until 2015 though! Books 7, 8, and 9 come out next year.
